Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused CTEC Administration Officer (Fixed Term) to support the delivery of the Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC), of which B&FC is a named partner. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and strong administrative governance across CTEC activities, supporting both strategic objectives and partnership commitments.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative coordination, including maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting meetings and diary scheduling.
- Acting as a first point of contact for CTEC enquiries, supporting effective communication with partners, learners, and internal teams, and assisting the Client Relationship Manager with stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting projects and programmes by monitoring timelines, collating data, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with the organisation of workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Managing financial and resource administration, including processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate resource records.
- Ensuring compliance with College policies, data protection, health and safety requirements, and supporting audit and quality assurance processes.
- Drafting and distributing communications and updates, and maintaining information on internal systems and shared platforms.
