We’re seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Registry function. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate student records, supporting funding and compliance processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of Registry services. Your work will directly contribute to high‑quality data, strong customer service, and a positive student experience across the College.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Input and maintain accurate student data across Registry systems, including enrolments, funding, attendance, fees, and certification.
- Complete regular data checks and reports to ensure compliance, data quality, and accurate management information.
- Provide a professional Registry service by handling enquiries, processing payments, and supporting enrolment, exams, and events.
