The Role
B&FC are recruiting for a Build Up and Commercial Services Manager on a full time basis. The role is based at Build Up, Kincraig Road, Bispham.
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, compliance, and performance of all business functions within Build Up and Commercial Services. You will drive high standards of service delivery, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering innovative and exemplary outcomes. The postholder will also ensure full compliance with College policies, procedures, guidelines, and deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual who can lead operational excellence and support the continued success and growth of Build Up and Commercial Services.
