This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of education by inspiring and preparing students to thrive in the Primary Education and Early Years sectors.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the team, your role will encompass:
- Delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across relevant Teacher Education programmes.
- Supporting curriculum design and development in both face-to-face and digital pedagogies.
- Providing academic and pastoral support to ensure excellent student retention, achievement, and progression.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the curriculum area.
- Engaging in professional practice, research, and scholarship to enhance teaching and contribute to the wider academic community.
- Supporting key course operations and contributing to recruitment activities such as interviews, Open Days, and curriculum events.
