We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Lecturer in Maritime Engineering to support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across our maritime programmes at Fleetwood Nautical Campus. You will deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences, contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement, and support students to achieve their full potential. The role includes preparing and delivering lessons, monitoring student progress, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining accurate records through College systems, and ensuring programmes meet awarding body requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will have up-to-date subject expertise, a passion for education, and a commitment to enhancing the student experience through excellent teaching, professional practice and continuous development.
