The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Full Stack Web Developer to support, develop, and maintain B&FC’s web presence, associated systems, and integrations. You’ll take ownership of key web technologies, ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our internal and external‑facing web estate, while delivering enhancements that improve the digital experience for students, staff, and stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop, support, and maintain B&FC’s web applications, systems, and integrations, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.
- Manage and enhance web infrastructure, proactively performing maintenance activities, applying updates and patches, and ensuring systems remain compliant with security and lifecycle requirements.
- Design and deliver system improvements, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reusability, maintainability, and integration across the College’s digital platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams, product owners, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve incidents, support upgrades, and deliver successful outcomes for business‑critical systems and services.
- Maintain high‑quality technical documentation and compliance, ensuring changes are appropriately managed, documented, and aligned with IT governance processes.
