We are seeking a motivated and organised Skills Coach to support apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey. Working closely with learners, employers and curriculum teams, you will provide high-quality coaching, monitor progress against apprenticeship standards, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, support the development of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs), maintain accurate records using systems such as OneFile, Canvas and Power BI, and contribute to quality assurance and employer engagement activities. The role also includes supporting apprenticeship recruitment, onboarding and achievement, while helping to drive continuous improvement across the provision.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above, possess strong communication and digital skills, and be committed to supporting apprentice success. Assessing and internal verification qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them, are essential.
