We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Leader in Marine Electrical Engineering to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our marine engineering programmes. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching, strong student outcomes, and alignment with industry and regulatory standards such as MCA/STCW requirements.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a modern curriculum that reflects emerging trends in marine electrification, automation, control systems, and hybrid propulsion technologies, while maintaining strong links with the maritime industry.

B&FC are looking for a Programme Leader to join Fleetwood Nautical Campus. The Programme Leader will ensure focused academic leadership, maintain standards, enhance student outcomes, and position the programme effectively to meet both institutional priorities and the increasing demand for marine electrical engineering graduates.
