The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Management Information and Funding (MIF) department as a Curriculum Information Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of curriculum data and supporting regulatory compliance, particularly within Higher Education.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Curriculum Information Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining and managing the electronic master course file to support accurate enrolments and course delivery across FE, HE, Apprenticeships, and commercial provision.
Collaborating with Curriculum Areas, Marketing, and IT Services to ensure accurate and timely curriculum planning, data validation, and publication.
Assisting in the implementation of funding changes (e.g., Lifelong Learning Entitlement) and aligning these with curriculum design and delivery.
Preparing and validating curriculum data for internal use and external statutory returns, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
Contributing to continuous improvement through process enhancement, training, and stakeholder support.
