This is an exciting opportunity to join the Project Management Centre of Excellence Team as an Apprenticeship Skills Coach. This role plays an important part in supporting high‑quality, compliant apprenticeship delivery with a focus on performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement ensuring every apprentice receives an exceptional learning experience.

What You’ll Do- Work closely with our Project Management Team and colleagues across B&FC to provide a consistent, supportive journey for apprentices.
- Support apprentices on the Project Management Degree Apprenticeship throughout their higher education journey, ensuring they receive wraparound support from both the academic team and their employer to succeed in their qualification.
- Liaise with employers to maintain a collaborative, tripartite approach, arrange progress reviews, set targets, and implement early intervention strategies.
- Support apprentices to track their progress and build a strong portfolio via our Portfolio system (OneFile), ensuring all on‑programme requirements are met to keep learners on the path to success.
- Experience in a project management role or environment.
- A degree‑level qualification.
- Prior experience working with apprentices and knowledge of UK apprenticeship frameworks and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and IT capability and ideally experience with OneFile or similar Portfolio systems.
- Ability to work in a flexible, online environment that fits modern working practices.
