We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Environmental Services Supervisor to lead and inspire our cleaning teams, ensuring an exceptional cleaning provision across our campuses. You’ll champion high standards, support staff development, and play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained learning environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supervise, motivate, and support the cleaning team to consistently meet agreed service standards.
- Produce and manage staff rotas, ensuring cover for holidays, sickness, events, and operational needs.
- Oversee stock management for cleaning consumables and ensure safe, well‑maintained equipment use.
- Work alongside cleaning staff on rotation and assist with emergency cleaning where required.
- Support recruitment activities, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as sickness reporting, holiday approvals, and performance management.
