Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a dedicated and industry-focused Apprenticeship Trainer to join our Digital and Creative Innovation (DACI) department. This is a fantastic opportunity to support apprentices across digital and creative pathways, working closely with employers to deliver high-quality, impactful training that leads to outstanding outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering effective practical and theoretical training across apprenticeship and FE pathways, managing the full learner and employer experience.
- Planning, delivering, and assessing learning in line with course specifications, awarding body requirements, and best practice.
- Conducting robust apprentice progress reviews with learners and employers, including the development, review, and monitoring of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
- Designing and maintaining high-quality training and assessment materials, including online and digital resources.
- Using college systems and e-platforms (e.g. e-portfolio, Canvas, e-registers) to track progress, provide feedback, and support learner success.
- Contributing to quality improvement, curriculum development, and programme evaluation to enhance learner outcomes.
- Supporting recruitment, employer engagement, and college events such as Open Days and interviews.
