Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a proactive Apprenticeship Performance Officer to join our Apprenticeship Team in Lancashire. You will manage OneFile, support curriculum teams and ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules and Ofsted expectations.
You will train colleagues, monitor apprentice progress and contribute to quality improvements, audits and continuous improvement of apprenticeship delivery.
