Overview

The Role: Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for an Administration Officer to join our Student Admin team, providing vital support across a wide range of student and business processes. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate records, compliance, and excellent customer service to support both our students and the College’s funding requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting, maintaining, and validating student data relating to applications, enrolments, funding, attendance, and completions.
  • Processing tuition fees, financial payments, and Student Support Fund applications in line with policies and regulations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on student attendance, retention, and withdrawals to provide accurate management information.
  • Maintaining student records to ensure compliance with GDPR, College procedures, and external audit requirements.
  • Supporting enrolment, examinations, open days, and other key College events.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders.
