We are currently recruiting Waste Operatives with Full UK licence for a leading waste management company in Yeovil. As a Waste Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation. Working as part of a professional team, your duties will include:
- Collecting bulky waste, litter and recyclable items from our communities and ensuring they're disposed of responsibly.
- Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and welcoming for customers and visitors.
- Jet washing communal pathways, bin stores and other shared spaces.
- Working across our communities, providing a reliable service while treating customers, residents, and members of the public with respect.
- Taking pride in helping to create places where people love living.

Requirements:
- Safety boots
- Holds a full UK driving licence with the appropriate categories for the vehicles you'll be driving (essential).
- Is confident driving larger wheelbase vehicles.

- Takes pride in delivering a great service and putting customers first.
