We are urgently recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers for immediate start roles with a temp-to-perm opportunity. Offering consistent early shifts, ongoing work, and long-term stability, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced forklift drivers looking for reliable employment.
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver / Forklift Operator, you will be working within a busy warehouse and logistics environment, responsible for loading, unloading, and moving goods safely and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Tasks include:
- Transferring waste around the site using a forklift truck (must hold a full valid counterbalance forklift truck licence)
- Loading and unloading flatbed vehicles and moving waste on pallets
- Some manual handling duties
- Operating baler and compactor units (training will be provided)
Experience in the waste industry is an advantage but not essential.

- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Loading and unloading vehicles, pallets, and stock
- Moving goods safely within the warehouse or yard
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
