We are currently recruiting a HGV, 7.5 tonne Driver to join their dedicated team in Macclesfield for ongoing work. Immediate start available with consistent hours. You will be working on a 7.5 tonne vehicle, playing a key role in ensuring waste is collected and disposed of efficiently and responsibly while contributing to their ongoing success.
Working Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 and every 3rd Sunday 06:00 - 14:00 (with the following Friday off). Duties will include:
- Driving a 7.5 ton vehicle around a site collecting 1100 litre wheelie bins and various other waste.
- Adhoc collections.
- Bringing waste back to the waste yard for sorting and baling.
This job is 80% manual labour and 20% driving. This role is physically demanding, and you will always be paired up with a second man on the wagon.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operating a 7.5 tonne vehicle for waste collection.
- Working closely with a team of loaders to complete scheduled routes.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and road regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service to the public when required.

Requirements:
