We are currently recruiting a Refuse Loader to join a dedicated team in Dunstable for on-going work.

Immediate start available with consistent hours.

You will be working on dustcarts, you’ll play a key role in ensuring waste is collected and disposed of efficiently and responsibly while contributing to their ongoing success.

Job description

The role involves heavy lifting, walking, and operating bin-lifting machinery while adhering strictly to safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely collections and maintaining tidy neighborhoods

Collecting wheelie bins, recycling boxes, bags, and bulky items from households and businesses.

Provide excellent customer service to the public when required.

Following strict health and safety protocols (PPE), assisting the driver with reversing, and reporting vehicle or bin faults.
