We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers in Tandridge - Oxted for immediate start roles with a reputable waste management company. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady local work, consistent hours, and long-term opportunities.
As an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver (Refuse Driver), you will be responsible for operating a dustcart vehicle on scheduled waste collection routes, working alongside a team of loaders to complete residential and commercial collections efficiently. This is a hands-on Class 2 driving role requiring good awareness of health & safety, route management, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a Class 2 dustcart vehicle on assigned routes
- Supervising and working with a team of refuse loaders
- Completing household and commercial waste collections
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Ensuring compliance with waste management and safety regulations
- Assisting with loading duties when required
- Completing all relevant paperwork and route documentation
Pay & Benefits:
