As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on building pipeline and generating new business opportunities across the MSP partner landscape. This is a high-activity, outbound-first role where you will engage prospective partners, run structured discovery conversations, and progress early-stage opportunities with support from Sales Engineers and leadership. You will play a key role in expanding Blackpoint’s footprint across EMEA, acting as the first point of contact for prospective MSP partners while developing into a full-cycle sales professional. This role is based in Manchester, UK, operating on a hybrid model with 3–4 days per week in the office to start.

What You’ll Do:
- Self-generate pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting (primarily phone), supplemented by email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Prospect and engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs), opening consultative conversations around cybersecurity needs and solutions.
- Qualify opportunities through structured discovery and progress deals through early sales stages.
- Deliver tailored pitch decks and support first-line product demonstrations with guidance from Sales Engineers.
- Support trial and proof-of-concept (PoC) coordination, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and internal teams.
- Maintain disciplined daily activity, including call blocks, outreach cadence, and CRM updates, with a strong focus on pipeline generation.
- Represent Blackpoint at EMEA trade shows and events, generating and following up on new leads.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to refine messaging and improve conversion.
- Provide feedback on market trends, prospect objections, and competitive insights.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience and comfort with high call volume.
- Exposure to consultative selling, discovery, and early-stage deal progression.
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn the MSP/channel ecosystem.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales tools.
- A coachable, self-motivated mindset with resilience and a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily activity independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
