Litho Machine Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Litho Machine Operator to join our team at our modern printing facility in Shaftesbury, North Dorset. The successful candidate will operate high-quality litho printing machinery, including Komori Advance GL540+C and Komori HUV GL540+C, ensuring production meets ISO 12647 standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Operate Komori presses efficiently according to KPI standards.
2. Produce print jobs matching high-resolution proof or ISO 12647 standards.
3. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
4. Maintain and record press maintenance activities.
5. Pass sheet approval processes.
6. Monitor job progress by pulling running sheets and timestamping.
7. Label finished pallets and organize files accordingly.
8. Ensure consistent quality throughout the print run.
9. Participate in training sessions as required.

Required Skills:

1. Qualifications or relevant experience in printing technology.
2. Proven experience operating litho printing machinery, preferably Komori or similar.

This position involves 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotation, from Monday to Saturday.
