- A technical qualification relating to commercial vehicles (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
- A valid full car driving license required -essential
- An HGV license required – preferred but not essential
- Own Tools Required,
- A good knowledge of vehicles makes and an understanding of electronics and diagnostics
- To be efficient, methodical, organised and disciplined.
- Flexibility – able to prioritise your own workload whilst supporting the team
- To be responsive and willing to learn, receive training, developing both yourself and those around you
- The ability and motivation to work on your own initiative.
- A broad understanding of commercial vehicles ideally having at least 3 years’ experience
- Experience in using R2C – preferred but not essential
- Experience at preparing job cards and service sheets accurately.
Work Schedule
- Job Types: Full-time. or part-time, Permanent,
- Monday – Friday
Any hours worked each week (up to 40 ) during the hours of 7.00 am – 6.00 pm will be paid at standard rate. After 8 hours worked each day overtime rate applied.
- Saturdays
- Working hours 07.00 am- 1.00 pm, if worked overtime rate will be applied
- Competitive rate of pay with overtime rate.
- Hourly rate up to £20 per hour depending on experience, overtime rate available when worked.
