Blackmont Consulting is a student-run organisation established in 2020. We provide rigorous analysis to help firms achieve real-world impact. We are looking for bright, driven individuals to lead our consulting teams and solve complex business problems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Student Status: Must be a current Undergraduate (any year), Master’s, or PhD student.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to the position for a minimum of three months.
- Membership: Selected candidates must become a Blackmont Member via our website to support organisational costs (website, software, and training).
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead a team of 6–8 consultants on cases that reshape business and society. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Managing consultants to tackle real-world business problems.
- Client Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing all client communications and ensuring work meets high professional standards.
- Relationship Management: Building positive working relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Recruitment: Collaborating with HR to screen candidates for specific projects as needed.
