Responsibilities:

1. Project Search: Identify and research potential projects for Blackmont Consulting.
2. Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Blackmont Consulting\’s capabilities and offerings.
3. Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring impactful projects to Blackmont.
4. Presentation Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations to showcase Blackmont Consulting\’s capabilities and value proposition.
5. Organizational Analysis: Analyse potential client organizations to assess compatibility and strategic fit.

Requirements:

1. Currently taking a bachelor\’s or master\’s or be a recent graduate.
2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to deal sourcing and project identification.
5. Familiarity with the consulting industry and market trends.
