Blackmont Consulting is currently inviting seasoned professionals to join our network as Strategic Advisors, supporting the continued growth and development of our consulting branches globally. This is more than an advisory position — it’s a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of consultants by offering guidance, mentorship, and high-level insights.
Our Strategic Advisors work closely with selected Project Managers, helping them frame client challenges, structure project deliverables, and stay aligned with industry best practices. While this is a voluntary, non-paid role, it is particularly well-suited for those who are passionate about mentoring and wish to give back to the consulting community by nurturing emerging talent.
Qualifications- Have previous experience at top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- Bring a strategic mindset and a passion for leadership development
- A minimum commitment of 6 months to Blackmont Consulting
- Are available to commit up to 3 hours per week, scheduled flexibly
- A fully remote, flexible engagement
- High-level strategic involvement with select project teams
