We are incredibly excited to be bringing Blacklock to Birmingham this April, opening in a beautiful listed building in the heart of a city we have long admired and longed to be part of. Your Role as a Chef de Partie
You’ll be part of a kitchen team cooking some of the best meat in the country, with real care, consistency, and respect for the produce. We take pride in doing things properly and are looking for chefs who feel the same. This role suits someone organised, calm under pressure, and proud of their craft, who works well as part of a team and values strong collaboration between kitchen and front of house. Experience as a Chef de Partie matters, but so does the right attitude, high standards, and a desire to keep learning.
