We are incredibly excited to be bringing Blacklock to Birmingham later this year in a beautiful listed building in the heart of a City we have long admired and yearned to be part of. Blacklock was born from a love of great meat and fantastic experiences, championing the Chophouse and all its traditions, unpretentious and familiar and above all else, open to all.

We are looking for a General Manager to take the leading role in our new opening, bringing all the Chop Love to our newest home.

YOUR ROLE AS A GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with outstanding hospitality and leadership skills to join us at Blacklock. Someone who is people-focused, passionate about what we do and how we do it, and genuinely cares about the experience of guests and our team alike. You will ensure our restaurant thrives culturally, operationally, and financially. You'll lead by example, creating a positive environment for both the team and guests whilst managing operations and upholding safety standards.
