We are partnering with a leading UK mid-market private equity investor with a strong track record of backing ambitious businesses across sectors including Business Services, Healthcare, Technology, Consumer and Industrials. With a collaborative investment culture and significant capital available for deployment, the firm is seeking to add an Associate to its London-based investment team. This is an opportunity to join a highly active investor that works closely with management teams to drive transformational growth, operational improvement and value creation across its portfolio.
The Role:
As an Associate, you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, supporting the execution of new investments and working alongside portfolio companies to deliver strategic initiatives and growth plans. Responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating potential investment opportunities across a range of sectors
- Conducting financial analysis, valuation modelling and return assessments
- Leading and coordinating due diligence workstreams with external advisors
- Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Supporting transaction execution from initial screening through to completion
- Monitoring portfolio company performance and identifying value creation opportunities
- Working closely with management teams on strategic projects, acquisitions and growth initiatives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with investment banks, intermediaries and industry executives
Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity or Transaction Services
