Sourcing & Headhunting – Identifying top financial talent

Candidate & Client Engagement – Building and maintaining strong relationships

End-to-End Recruitment – Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement

Market Research – Staying ahead of trends in finance and investment recruitment

Winning Business – Developing relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue

Previous Work Experience – Ideally a sales background
