The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, commercially curious, and motivated by progression. Initially, you will focus on:
- Identifying and engaging new client prospects
- Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Booking qualified meetings
- Creating new business opportunities for the recruitment team
Over time, this role will evolve into a full 360 recruitment consultant position, including:
- Managing client relationships
- Taking job briefs
- Candidate sourcing and placement
- Revenue ownership

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Proactively identify and research US-based target clients
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to hiring managers and business leaders
- Build rapport and establish credibility quickly
- Understand hiring challenges and position our services effectively
- Book qualified discovery meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Relationship Development
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Build a personal brand aligned with the company’s positioning
- Represent the business confidently on calls
Commercial Development
- Learn how recruitment works commercially
- Understand margin, deal structures, and client expectations
- Shadow senior consultants to develop into a 360 role
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong communication skills (especially on the phone)
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Resilience and comfort with outbound calling
- Highly organised and self-motivated (remote role)
- Willingness to work US hours
