Lead Project Manager, Financial Services (Home Based)

£90,000 – £100,000 + bonus + good benefits.

We are seeking a Lead Project Manager for our Business Change department within a regulated financial services organisation. You will lead and manage a team of six Project Managers, overseeing the delivery of change initiatives across the business to align with organisational strategy. Using a value‑stream approach, you will engage C‑level stakeholders and drive projects that support strategic objectives.

Experience Required

• Proven project/programme management in a regulated environment.
• Proven experience delivering change and transformation projects.
• Proven experience in an agile environment with exposure to Product and Value Stream.
• Proven direct people management experience.
• Experience in establishing frameworks and project/programme level audit.
• Very strong project and programme management experience.
