Responsibilities
- First point of contact for HR related queries.
- Managing the HR Operations inbox/case management ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
- Ensure HR records, files and systems are maintained accurately and consistently.
- Prepare and administer documentation, ensure employee files are maintained.
- Deliver New Hire Orientation and manage the employee onboarding process.
- Managing a variety of duties and employee transactions within employee lifecycle.
- Payroll and general HR support.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Maintaining Standardised Operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the HR team with projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years\\\β experience within HR Operations supporting Europe and APJ, with understanding of employment laws and experience in employee data management.
- Previous experience with Immigration processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations in line with policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Workday and/or SuccessFactors.
