The Talent Development Manager is responsible for the training and professional development of BlackLine’s employees to make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive growth initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable learning solutions for employees. The TD Manager is a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills, has excellent research skills, and an ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the TD Manager should understand the business operation and decision-making processes, is innovative, a strong decision-maker, and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.
