BlackLine in London is seeking a People Operations Adviser to support HR day-to-day operations across Europe and APJ. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, manage the HR inbox, and help maintain employee records and systems.
You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams, drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, and support projects. A 3–5 year background in HR Operations and proficiency with Workday are expected.
