BlackLine seeks an experienced Learning Business Partner to act as the embedded L&D face for the EMEA region. This individual-contributor role localises globally designed programmes and delivers leadership development, onboarding, and AI-fluency training across diverse markets.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development & Engagement, you will facilitate workshops, manage regional onboarding, and track outcomes, while modelling AI-first working practices and collaborating with the team.
