We are looking for an insightful, relationship focused Global Account Director to join a specialised, high impact team managing our most strategic Mega Enterprise clients-global organisations with annual revenues exceeding $10billion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic global partnerships by taking ownership of the executive relationship and long term global strategy for a dedicated portfolio of Mega Enterprise accounts.
  • Engage directly with C suite stakeholders including CFOs, Global Process Owners, and IT Leadership.
  • Lead platform selling and expansion through rigorous white space analysis, cross selling platform solutions to drive multi year account development and leading large scale engagements ($500k$1M+) rather than transactional sales.

  • Create a vision for success by developing comprehensive multi year account plans, organising executive workshops, customer education sessions, and executive forums to align Black Line's platform with the client's long term digital transformation programmes.
  • Navigate global structures by managing intricate international accounts, working seamlessly across subsidiaries and regions while tracking mergers, acquisitions, and evolving stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional ability to build long term, trust based relationships and confidently lead consultative, value driven conversations with senior Finance and IT executives.
  • Outstanding organisational and diligence skills, acting as a strong account planner with experience using strategic methodologies (such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks) to navigate complex, multi year buying cycles.
  • A proven ability to orchestrate multiple internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and consensus across global, highly complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • A solid grasp of core accounting and financial concepts, along with the ability to align solutions or advisory services with complex, long term finance transformation initiatives.
