As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager London (all genders) at Blacklane, you’ll play a pivotal role in building high-performing, values-driven teams that fuel our global growth and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Your primary focus will be supporting our hiring efforts across the UK and US markets, acting as a trusted partner for hiring managers and leadership. You will leverage your deep knowledge of these talent landscapes, along with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy skills, to attract and hire the right talent to scale our business.
You’ll contribute to enhancing the candidate experience, optimizing recruitment processes, and positioning Blacklane as an employer of choice in these regions—helping shape the future of mobility and fulfill our mission to provide sustainable, world-class chauffeur services.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
