About Us
We are a leading company in the luxury ride-hailing industry, offering chauffeur-driven high-end vehicles designed to elevate every journey. With a focus on delivering impeccable user experiences for our premium clientele, we are on a mission to redefine transportation for business professionals and discerning customers who value exclusivity and excellence.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer with exceptional UX, UI, and visual craft to shape end-to-end experiences across our web and mobile platforms aligned with our luxury brand identity. You will lead design for complex journeys, raise the bar for quality, and partner closely with Product and Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, without losing the nuance that defines a premium experience. This role is for someone who can take a problem from ambiguity to clarity: framing the opportunity, exploring options, aligning stakeholders, and shipping work that is both elegant and effective.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Lead end-to-end product design: Own key product areas from discovery through delivery, journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that aligns with our brand identity.
- Set a premium quality bar: Craft refined interfaces with excellent hierarchy, typography, composition, and attention to detail, bringing a luxury standard to every interaction.
- Drive alignment and decision-making: Partner with Product and Engineering to define the problem, shape scope, and make smart trade-offs across user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Demonstrate business impact: Define what success looks like, identify meaningful signals (conversion, retention, engagement, operational efficiency), and use experimentation and evidence to strengthen design decisions.
- Ship with engineering partners: Communicate clearly with engineers, provide implementation-ready specs, and protect design intent through build.
- Iteration & Testing: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, business needs, and quantifiable results.
- Presentation: Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Raise the team: Mentor and support other designers through feedback, critique, and practical guidance, helping the team level up through shared standards.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience: 6+ years in product design, with a portfolio showing shipped work across mobile and/or web, and clear evidence of outcomes.
- Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lysnna, and Miro.
- Strong UX craft: Expert in interaction design, IA, user journeys, and designing for edge cases, not just the "happy path".
- Exceptional UI and visual design: A high level of polish, strong typography and layout instincts, and a sharp eye for micro-interactions and motion.
- Cross-platform fluency: Ability to translate flows and systems across Web, iOS, and Android, adapting to platform conventions while staying consistent.
- Product thinking and impact: Demonstrated ability to connect design work to business goals, prioritise effectively, and articulate impact using quantifiable results where possible.
- Data-aware, experiment-led decision-making: Comfortable using product signals (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions and measure success. Familiar with experimentation practices such as hypothesis framing, defining success metrics, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to validate impact.
- Stakeholder influence: Strong communication and storytelling, able to present work clearly, handle critique well, and move decisions forward in a collaborative way.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Nice to have: Experience designing for premium/luxury brands or high-expectation audiences.
We look forward to seeing how your skills and vision can elevate our product experience. Our mission is simple but powerful: to become the world's leading premium, global chauffeur service. Operating in 50+ countries, we reimagine chauffeur-driven rides by prioritising reliability, innovation, and first-class service at every step.
