As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager / App at Blacklane, you’ll play a pivotal role to support driving new customer growth across META, Tiktok & Google UAC, ensuring that our digital marketing strategies align with our business growth targets and performance KPIs. We’re looking for a driven, analytical and commercially minded Performance Marketing expert to take ownership of day-to-day optimisations and innovation to achieve our New Customer and CAC targets.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Global and Local Campaign Management: Support with the operational optimisation and management of our app campaigns across META, Tiktok and Google App Campaigns to drive new user growth and achieve our CAC targets.
- Performance Marketing Reporting: Develop, automate and deliver reports / presentations to key stakeholders across the business.
- Performance Media Planning: Support with the development and execution of innovative paid media strategies to achieve our ambitious targets.
- Creative excellence: Analyse the performance of our creatives based on CPI, CAC and Scroll Stop % to understand which creative concepts and messages best resonate with our audience, and create briefs / creative requests based on these insights.
- Collaboration: Work efficiently with the local marketing, brand, creative, and retention teams to ensure ad creatives are on brand and optimized, and support full-funnel campaigns. Additionally, collaborate with the Senior Performance Marketing Managers to discuss campaign performance and brainstorm new testing ideas.
ABOUT YOU:
- Campaign Management: 1-3 years of experience managing performance marketing App campaigns to meet CAC and growth targets in META and Google UAC (experience in Tiktok is a plus, experience working with monthly ad spend over 5 figures is a big plus).
- Marketing Metrics & KPIs: Experience working with challenging marketing metrics and KPIs, including SKAN, Sandbox, and MMPs like Appsflyer.
- Innovation: Highly proactive in seeking new acquisition opportunities and improving performance. Resilient and creative in finding innovative solutions to technical hurdles.
- Data Literacy: Ability to turn data into actionable insights for business use.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a deep understanding of business impact.
- Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating across various teams such as Product and BI/Analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to effectively communicate performance, strategy, and priorities.
