YOUR CHALLENGE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Operations Manager to join our London team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the operational and strategic goals of the London Operations team.   • Manage communications with chauffeur partners, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and professional handling of inquiries.
  • Work closely with chauffeur partners to ensure they consistently exceed customer expectations and uphold Blacklane's high standards of service quality.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance and documentation requirements for the London market.
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with our chauffeur partners and key local partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Analyse operational data to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Support the creation and delivery of market communications, ensuring alignment with Blacklane's values and objectives.
  • Test, monitor, and provide feedback on Blacklane's product offerings, with a particular focus on the chauffeur app and supply-side experience.
