As Head of Creative at Blacklane, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the visual and emotional expression of our brand during one of the most exciting chapters in our company’s journey. By collaborating across teams, leading creative direction, and translating strategy into powerful storytelling, you’ll help define how Blacklane communicates its mission to deliver sustainable, world-class chauffeur services to travelers around the globe. Partner with agencies and freelancers, maintaining creative excellence and alignment with brand values. Build strong relationships with Marketing and Product stakeholders. Begin contributing to active creative projects. 6 months : Take full ownership of creative direction for key campaigns and brand initiatives. Strengthen cross-functional alignment and establish creative standards that balance innovation with consistency. 12 months : Scale your impact. Expand creative influence across teams, evolve the brand identity system, and drive forward Blacklane’s visual transformation at a global level. About You You’ll thrive in this role if: You’re a strategic creative thinker who loves turning ideas into visually powerful stories that connect emotionally. You combine artistic vision with business understanding, ensuring every creative output serves a clear purpose. You bring 6+ years of creative experience, ideally in branding, advertising, or design, within luxury brands. You have strong expertise in visual design, art direction, and storytelling, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant production workflows. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring creative talent and influencing senior stakeholders. You’re curious, adaptable, and driven by excellence — ready to shape the future of mobility through creativity. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
