THE PRODUCER ROLE AT BLACK KITE
As a Producer at Black Kite, you are responsible for delivering production excellence from pitch through to delivery. You bring a good working knowledge of the industry and a broad range of existing client relationships, and you are passionate about providing creative solutions to the most relevant content commissioners. We are committed to supporting you and your ongoing career development. We will work closely with you to establish your personal progression plan.
- Win and deliver exciting work
- Work with EPs/Heads of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Manage Ceta schedules efficiently
- Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high-end creative treatments
- Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Client entertainment. Make your clients feel special.
- You are a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE – attend industry events and awards shows

- You have prior experience working in Production within Advertising VFX
- You have a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and what it takes to deliver outstanding VFX work
