This is a freelance role for a potential booking lasting 3/4 weeks from ASAP. There's potential for an ongoing relationship and ongoing bookings. You must be based in London. Applications not aligning with this will not be considered. Due to the acute need of this role we can only consider those with experience in Advertising/Commercials VFX.
Responsibilities
- Win and deliver exciting work.
- Work with EP/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients.
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Manage Ceta schedules efficiently.
- Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high-end creative treatments.
- Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team.
- Deliver projects on time and budget.
- Nurture and develop junior members of the Production Team.
- Client entertainment. Make your clients feel special.
- You are a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE – attend industry events and awards shows.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in Production at a Senior Level within Advertising VFX.
- Solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and what it takes to deliver outstanding VFX work.
- Wide range of existing clients.
- Motivation to develop new and lasting client relationships.
- Thrives on winning new work.
- Experience managing large teams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solutions and detail oriented.
- Experience working with CETA or other industry standard software.
- Highly organised and excellent problem solver.
- Skilled negotiator.
- Great multi-tasker, able to balance priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
