Overview:

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Reports to: Senior Marketing Director

This is a newly created, senior leadership role at the heart of BHN's commercial transformation. You will sit within the EMEA senior marketing leadership team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, and will work in close partnership with the full range of cross functional stakeholders both in EMEA and Globally. This role represents a significant opportunity for an ambitious, analytically driven marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands on leadership, strong analytical skills and relentless focus on ROI to shape how BHN goes to market at a pivotal point in its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Leadership
    • Define and own the B2B marketing strategy for EMEA, aligned to the commercial priorities and targets
    • Lead the transition from a divisionally structured marketing team to a single, integrated B2B function, driving clarity of purpose, focus and accountability
    • Act as the senior marketing voice for B2B across EMEA, representing the function in commercial and leadership forums
    • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline
    • Own end-to-end demand generation for B2B across EMEA, with clear accountability for marketing attributable revenue performance and full funnel conversion metrics
    • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programmes that generate measurable results across BHN's key B2B propositions, including One4all Rewards and the broader BHN proposition
    • Drive a performance-first culture within the team, with rigorous KPI setting, tracking and optimisation across all programmes
  • Messaging
    • Lead the development of compelling, insight-driven messaging and positioning for BHN's B2B propositions across EMEA
    • Ensure messaging is differentiated, commercially relevant, and consistently applied across all channels and markets
    • Work closely with global marketing and product marketing and local stakeholders to translate product capability into market-ready narratives & sales enablement support that resonate with B2B buyers
  • Data, Analytics & Performance
    • Own the B2B marketing performance framework for EMEA, including KPIs, dashboards and reporting cadences
    • Use data and insight to inform strategy, prioritise investment and demonstrate the commercial impact of marketing activity
    • Champion a test-and-learn approach across campaigns and channels, embedding continuous improvement into the team's ways of working
    • Work closely with global teams to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Own and optimise the B2B marketing budget to maximise ROI; ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resource against commercial priorities
    • Provide regular budget reporting and forecasting to the Senior Marketing Director and commercial leadership
  • People Leadership
    • Lead, develop and inspire a high performing team
    • Set clear OKRs, provide ongoing coaching and development, and build a team culture of performance, collaboration and accountability
    • Support the broader EMEA marketing leadership team in building a unified, motivated function

Qualifications:

  • Significant B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, payments or a related sector
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation programmes that have delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience leading and developing senior marketing teams across multiple markets
  • Demonstrable experience owning and managing substantial marketing budgets
  • Ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling B2B narratives
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced organization, ideally through a period of change or transformation
  • Highly analytical with a strong command of marketing data, attribution models and performance reporting
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into clear marketing plans
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage credibly with senior sales and business leadership
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, able to operate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Organized and rigorous in approach to planning, budgeting and prioritisation
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to lead a team through change
