We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage and administer employee benefits programs across European countries, with some exposure to India. This role ensures employees have access to health, wellness, pensions, and leave programs while maintaining compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws. This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day program administration, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. You will partner closely with the Global Benefits Team, HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors, leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Administration: Administer benefits programs across EMEA, including health & welfare, wellness, pensions, and leave programs. Handle enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner. Support implementation, renewals, and ongoing maintenance of benefits programs.
  • Compliance & Statutory Support: Ensure programs comply with local statutory regulations, labor laws, and internal policies. Assist with audits, data validation, and compliance reviews. Identify risks or gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day contact for brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and support renewals. Ensure smooth program delivery and accurate administration.
  • Employee & HR Support: Administer leave programs in line with local regulations and company policy. Guide employees and HR teams on benefits and leave-related questions. Ensure employees are supported and paid accurately during leave events.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and validate benefits data in HRIS and with external vendors. Support reporting on participation, costs, and trends. Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, simplify processes, and enhance program efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in benefits administration, with multi-country experience in Europe (including key markets such as Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, and the Netherlands).
  • Knowledge of statutory benefits, labor regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple European countries.
  • Experience managing pensions, wellness programs, and leave processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Experience using HRIS and benefits platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday).

Preferred:

  • Exposure to benefits programs in India, APAC, or the Americas.
  • Experience in a multinational organization.
  • Familiarity supporting audits, renewals, or large-scale operations.
