We're looking for a proactive Account Specialist to play a key role in managing and optimizing day-to-day operations across our global e-commerce and digital partner network. Responsibilities:
- Product Onboarding & Platform Management: Coordinate new product launches, ensuring timely setup and accurate listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Account & Stakeholder Management: Support internal and external relationships, maintaining up-to-date product catalogues, promotions, and inventory.
- Order & Fulfilment Oversight: Monitor order flow and resolve fulfilment issues to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate and analyse sales and operational reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Customer & Partner Support: Address gift card-related issues by collaborating with customer service teams and external vendors.
- Process Optimization & Collaboration: Identify inefficiencies and work cross-functionally with account managers, finance, and operations to enhance workflows.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Background in retail or e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of support functions.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and a hands-on approach to challenges.
