Overview

  • Contract Type: Maternity Cover
  • Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Reports to: Sr. Manager, Strategic Relationships

Role Purpose

Management and delivery of a portfolio of clients, building successful relationships and supporting development of account management strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of value‑added rewards and incentive solutions that meet clients' needs and identify opportunities to grow accounts. KPIs include client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, with defined objectives for retention, expansion, and revenue growth, minimising client churn.
  • Contribute to account strategy that ensures retention and growth of the client, identifying opportunities for expansion and preparing and negotiating new tailored business proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including C‑suite / executive‑level sponsors.
  • Maintain high operational standards by using CRM and internal systems to track performance, pipeline and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain a deep understanding of our business, products, competitors and industry landscape, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in account management, with a proven track record of reaching targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strong experience in presenting and hosting client meetings.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise needs.
  • Thrives under pressure, whilst managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer service orientated.

  • Subject‑matter expertise within the gift card and rewards industry.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
