We are looking for a driven and collaborative Senior Strategic Relationship Manager to join our international Account Management team and accelerate growth across EMEA for our global strategic digital distribution partners. The role combines strategic partnership management, commercial ownership, and cross‑regional collaboration. You will manage high‑impact digital accounts, execute sales growth plans, lead partner onboarding and regional expansion, renew contracts, and cross‑sell initiatives while supporting best practice development and acting as a bridge between local and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage premier customer relationships throughout the lifecycle while advocating for customer needs internally and communicating with cross‑functional departments.
- Develop quarterly strategic customer success plans to ensure full adoption of our products and services and evaluate plan performance during semi‑annual business reviews.
- Lead the customer renewal process, provide renewal quoting, and achieve revenue retention of assigned accounts.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability goals, and performance targets for clients in your portfolio by providing thought leadership and program direction.
- Own partner onboarding in collaboration with product, legal, operations, and global teams to ensure smooth and timely launches with clear progress reporting.
- Lead a marketing strategy that drives sales growth, value for partners, and optimized post‑campaign reporting to drive incremental investment from brands.

- Several years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships.
- Experience in gift card, fintech, digital platforms, or e‑commerce preferred.
- Proven success in managing multi‑country accounts and cross‑functional teams.
