- Reports to: Supervisor, Inside Sales / Manager, Sales Development
We are seeking four detail‑oriented Temporary Inside Sales Executives to support a large‑scale customer platform migration programme. Two roles will focus on New Customer activity, with the other two roles supporting Existing Customers. The roles involve proactively engaging customers on a legacy platform & new customers to the new platform, guiding them through migration to our premium platform, demonstrating key functionality as needed, and ensuring successful onboarding. In parallel, the team will support revenue assurance by reviewing platform reports and ensuring all customer revenue is accurately captured in the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage assigned new and existing customers operating on a legacy platform and guide them through migration to the premium platform
- Communicate platform benefits and deliver clear, confident walkthroughs or demonstrations as required
- Support customers through the full migration and onboarding journey to ensure successful activation and adoption
- Address customer queries, escalate technical issues where necessary, and ensure customers are fully operational on the new platform
- Review platform revenue reports and accurately capture customer activity and opportunities within the CRM system, maintaining strong data hygiene
- Provide sales support through customer follow‑ups, pipeline updates, reporting, and identifying potential cross‑sell or upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Sales Support experience with confident customer communication
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, workflows, and deadlines accurately
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, data, reports, and delivering platform demonstrations or walkthroughs
Success Measures
- Customers successfully migrated and onboarded, meeting agreed completion and activation targets
- Accurate and complete CRM opportunity creation, with revenue captured correctly against platform reporting
- Strong customer engagement and responsiveness, contributing to smooth delivery and team operational support
