- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding of new physical and digital products, working cross‑functionally with Product Implementation, Operations and Merchandising to ensure timely, accurate launches.
- Oversee BAU activities including product testing, sales and fraud reporting, customer queries, presentations and in‑store execution such as planograms and product placement.
- Lead promotional planning across Nordic retail partners, managing the annual promo calendar, developing sales materials and case studies, and collaborating with retailers and internal content teams.
- Partner with Operations and Merchandising to forecast demand, manage stock requirements, and support strategic initiatives including IT projects, new fixtures, merchandising concepts and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail as an Assistant/Junior Buyer or Supplier/Account Manager, with a strong commercial mindset and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organised self‑starter with a strategic, adaptable approach; able to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and operate confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience in reporting and data analysis to support sound commercial decisions and performance recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail‑oriented problem solver with strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; open to attending supplier conferences and trade shows (travel may be required).
- Creative thinker with an interest in (or working knowledge of) the Nordic retail and/or gift card market; additional Nordic language skills (Danish, Finnish or Swedish) are an advantage.

- Health & Well‑being: Private medical insurance, employee assistance program, enhanced parental leave and free eye tests.
- Financial Rewards: Group income protection, pension scheme and exclusive discounts.
